After my Engineering & MBA, I spent 7 years in early-stage and high-growth startups, collaborating with CXOs and cross-functional teams. I led business research, pitched proposals to stakeholders, and helped define go-to-market and growth strategies. These experiences shaped my ability to design solutions aligned with real business goals and user needs.

While working in startups and recruitment, I often analyzed user journeys, workflows, and reviewed countless product designer portfolios. This sparked my curiosity for design. I began experimenting with Figma, and after moving to Germany, I upskilled myself in UI/UX Design.

Within 9 months of self-learning & working on remote design projects, while traveling across Europe, I landed my first design role in Berlin by presenting at a case study event. In this role, I led the design of two key features and helped streamline the overall design process at an early-stage startup. I design with an eye on both user needs and business impact, drawing from my prior experience in business in fast-paced startup environments.
